  Submitted a claim March 20th. It is now April 16 and water is now all over my attic and second floor kitchen due to the rain and storm we are having today. With something as serious as a roofing problem the company should act within a few days. What started off as a smaller fix has turned into somethig more serious because of their delay. What solution have they provided? None......As soon as I get this fixed I am changing to another insurance company. Do not buy insurance from here. They promise the world but don’t deliver when you need the service you are paying for.
